I wonder if the new route for Cocodona will affect course records? In other words, can someone set a record on this year‘s new course even with a slower time if it is considered more difficult than prior courses, and the old record stands for the old course? Or will they compare the new course with the old course apples to apples?
Good for you for using TrainingPeaks. I think it is far superior as a coaching tool, including for self-coaching, than Strava. Strava is fun as a social media platform and for route finding, but I think it’s also fine to take a break occasionally. Good luck and stay healthy for the big event in May!
